Service Description
This is a low impact, strength and core sessions that can be adapted for beginners, antenatal, postnatal, peri/menopausal and beyond and any ladies wanting to strengthen their body and would like a little more personal guidance and help. Do you want to build up strength levels with more of a focus on you? Do you want to tone up but don't know how to progressively overload? Do you want a Personal Trainer but without the price tag? Well this is the option for you. Within a small group setting (max 8 participants per session) you will be introduced to correct lifting techniques, learn to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other weight-training equipment safely and effectively. The focus will be on muscle overload to really work you hard and 1-1 guidance will be given throughout the session to get maximum results. Suitable for all ladies. £60 for 4 week term or £17.50 per session if booked individually or part way through the month. Priority goes to termly bookings first.
