Service Description

If you need to get your shit together, without following another shit diet and without putting your body through unnecessary shit - you need to join my ‘Shit Got Serious’ Summer PT programme. A bespoke, 4-week fitness & diet package to get you the results you want, without the bullshit. Step 1. Choose your Goal - BUILD Focus is on building strength, muscle & stamina using bodyweight & resistance equipment such as barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells. Calories will be easily achievable. Mixture of strength & conditioning.  Group PT session will be strength only. Outcome - change in body composition. Less overall body fat, more muscle, stronger. TONE Focus is on high energy sessions designed to make you sweat with light resistance work utilising dumbbells, sandbags, battle ropes and slamballs. Calorie deficit will be set to aid fat loss. Outcome - loss of body fat, more visible muscle tone, increased fitness levels. Step 2. Choose your Session - Each plan will include a 1 hour challenging PT session per week based around your goals with a maximum of 8 ladies per session. BUILD SESSIONS (indoor) - Mon @ 7pm - Graig Hall, Bassaleg, Newport Tues @ 7pm or Tues @ 8pm - Henllys Village Hall, Cwmbran Weds @ 8pm - Rhiwderin Community Centre, Newport TONE SESSIONS (outdoors - children welcome) - Mon @ 5pm (from June 9th) Weds @ 6pm (from June 4th) Fri @ 5pm (from June 6th) Venue - Southfields, Cwmbran Step 3. Choose your Ffit - Each plan will include a minimum of 2x at home/ gym training sessions to be completed by client in between PT sessions.  Training programmes will be bespoke to each individual client and will be based around the equipment they have available to use. Outcome - Increased frequency of weekly workouts will create new habits, improve strength & fitness more quickly, help with recovery, keep you motivated and help smash your goals!
