Newport Pram Ffit - Single Session

Service Description

Pram Ffit is an outdoor, fun and friendly fitness class suitable for Mums from 3-6 months postnatal* with no maximum age (you can even come along if you have a school aged child without a pram!). We meet at the top of the Park, just above the children's play park and utilise the open football/basketball court. We also pop to the cafe afterwards for a social drink if you fancy joining! You don’t need to worry about your fitness levels, all exercises can be modified to suit your ability, we just recommend you’ve already completed the Recover Programme if you’re newly postnatal. Each week will be a different theme, one week we may focus on lower body strength, the next we might focus on fitness levels - the next might be boxing or partner workouts! We work around the little ones, if they need you, they need you - don’t be afraid to stop and feed/ change/ cuddle whenever you need to! There is no running with the prams. The pram isn’t part of the workout, it’s just a way of being able to have your little ones close and still get a workout in, so no special pram (or any pram!) is needed! Little one doesn’t like being in the pram? Then bring a picnic blanket and let them play next to you, or have a run around with you if they’re a toddler! Pram Ffit is a lovely way to get outdoors, take in some fresh air, get your workout in and meet other Mummies! PLEASE NOTE - Single sessions are non-refundable or transferable once booked, unless the sessions is postponed by the instructor due to adverse weather conditions. Weather can be unpredictable so ensure you wear adequate footwear for outdoor exercise and bring waterproofs for little ones! If you miss a session for whatever reason, it cannot be rolled over to the following week or any other class. *If you are very newly postnatal or still suffering with postnatal health difficulties such as pelvic floor dysfunction, a weak core or significant aches and pains, I recommend starting with our Recover programme and then moving on to Pram Ffit when your body is feeling a bit stronger.
