Service Description
This gentle, strength-based class is designed for women at every stage of life - pregnant or postnatal, beginner, peri/menopausal and beyond. The class will include simple, effective exercises that safely build full-body strength while supporting and strengthening the core and pelvic floor. As well as building your general strength & fitness levels, you'll improve stability, confidence and everyday movements in a female-only, welcoming and inclusive space. This class is perfect for any woman who wants to start small, help ease aches and pains, learn how to lift weights safely without the worry of a gym environment and just generally support their body and hormonal changes through life's transitions, whatever the age!
