Service Description
Flow through a dynamic and energising 1-hour Vinyasa yoga session that connects breath with movement in a seamless sequence. Vinyasa, known for its fluid transitions, will guide you through a series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. Each movement is linked to an inhale or exhale, helping you stay present and centered as you flow from one posture to the next. This class will challenge your body while promoting mindfulness and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with your body. Ideal for practitioners of all levels, this session is a perfect balance of strength and serenity, providing a full-body workout while fostering inner peace. Children are welcome to join daytime/ weekend sessions, however, we kindly ask that you review the terms and conditions to ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities in looking after them during the session. Evening classes are ladies only, however, if you wish to bring children please get in touch with the Mamau Ffit team to discuss!
