This 30 minute, low impact session is ideal for both beginners and advanced clients due to the structure of the class. 8x exercises chosen for all over strength, stability with a core and pelvic floor focus. Work with a partner and choose weights tailored to your ability with no timer and a relaxed pace. This workout will suit ALL and is especially ideal for pregnant clients, newly postnatal, perimenopausal, menopausal and beyond or any lady wanting to build general strength and improve core and pelvic floor function. None of the above but still fancy joining in? Even the most advanced will get a pump on with this free weights focused session that concentrates on progressive overload using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and more!
