Service Description
This high-intensity, 30-minute class is specifically designed for runners looking to build strength, stamina, and speed. Through a series of targeted exercises, you'll strengthen the key muscles used in running , glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and core, helping to improve your form, reduce injury risk, and boost overall performance. The class combines strength training with cardio drills to enhance your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and running economy, making those long-distance runs feel easier and helping you go faster. Whether you’re training for a race or just looking to improve your running, this class will push you to new limits, leaving you stronger, faster, and more resilient on the track or trail! Perfect for all levels, with variations to challenge both beginners and seasoned runners. This class is also included in our RUN CLUB membership. Children are welcome to join daytime/ weekend sessions, however, we kindly ask that you review the terms and conditions to ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities in looking after them during the session. Evening classes are ladies only, however, if you wish to bring children please get in touch with the Mamau Ffit team to discuss!
