This low-impact, 30-minute class is designed to support and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with a series of safe and effective exercises. Whether you're new to pelvic health or looking to enhance your core stability, this class offers gentle yet powerful movements to improve strength, tone, and support for the pelvic region. Through a combination of breathwork, mindful movement, and targeted exercises, you'll engage and activate the muscles that are key to maintaining pelvic health, all while minimizing impact on the body. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class promotes better posture, balance, and overall well-being, helping you to move with confidence and ease. It’ll give you a solid foundation for higher impact work such as running or just help with day-to-day functional movement without the embarrassment that comes with pelvic floor dysfunction.
