Service Description
This 60-minute Group Personal Training session is designed specifically for women who want to get stronger, feel confident, and train in a supportive, empowering environment. This is not a crowded class and it’s not random workouts. It’s structured, progressive training with personalised coaching—so you get the attention of personal training with the energy and accountability of a small group. Expect a smart balance of strength training and functional movement using commercial grade gym equipment alongside free weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells and that all empowering barbell! Workouts are designed to meet you where you are, with clear progressions and modifications so you can train safely and effectively at any fitness level. You’ll be coached on proper form, challenged to grow stronger each week, and supported by a community of women who lift each other up—literally and figuratively. Children are welcome to join daytime/ weekend sessions, however, we kindly ask that you review the terms and conditions to ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities in looking after them during the session. Evening classes are ladies only, however, if you wish to bring children please get in touch with the Mamau Ffit team to discuss!
