Service Description
This 1 hour, specialist strength session is designed to help you build a strong foundation with a focus on core stability, glute strength, and pelvic floor health. Perfect for beginners due to its low impact and tailored approach, this class uses dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to safely target key areas that women often struggle with due to the female anatomy as well as coaching correct form and technique, even if you've never lifted in your life! With a strong emphasis on balance, posture, and muscle activation, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body and how to move with strength and control. Led by an expert coach, this group personal training style session offers personalised guidance in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're pregnant, newly postnatal, in perimenopause, or beyond menopause, this class is tailored to your needs, providing a gentle yet effective approach to fitness. Ideal for all ages and abilities, or anyone looking for a guided, mindful way to ease into a healthier, stronger lifestyle. Children are welcome to join daytime/ weekend sessions, however, we kindly ask that you review the terms and conditions to ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities in looking after them during the session. Evening classes are ladies only, however, if you wish to bring children please get in touch with the Mamau Ffit team to discuss!
