*PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO CLASS ON TUESDAY 7TH APRIL DUE TO EASTER HOLS* Perfect for new mums ready to ease back into exercise safely and confidently. This low impact, progressive and restorative postnatal programme is designed to help you rebuild strength and fitness after pregnancy, no matter how old your children are. Each one hour class focuses on reactivating and strengthening the deep core muscles to support abdominal recovery and improve diastasis recti, reconnecting with the pelvic floor, and restoring relaxed diaphragmatic breathing. You will gain a clear understanding of what your body has experienced during pregnancy and birth, and how this can influence recovery, posture, strength and those common postnatal aches and pains. We explore the link between your core, pelvic floor and hormonal changes, and show you how to address imbalances safely and effectively. Every session guides you through targeted exercises to help heal, strengthen and create a solid foundation for long term health and motherhood. Exercises progress weekly so you feel supported, gently challenged and motivated as your confidence grows. You will also receive weekly follow at home videos by email, allowing you to continue your rehabilitation between sessions and build consistency at your own pace. This programme is an ideal first step back into postnatal fitness. It is suitable for new mums, women wanting a gentler return to exercise, or anyone affected by a difficult or traumatic pregnancy or birth. New mums should be at least 4 to 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth, or 6 to 8 weeks following a complicated or abdominal birth.
