Service Description

Learn how to use weights to create tone and definition and build strength in your body for everyday life. Strengthen your core, pelvic floor and full body as well as building up fitness levels within a low impact and beginner friendly environment that can be scaled up or down to suit you. You'll be guided by a personal trainer who specialises in female, antenatal & postnatal fitness and shown how to change your body for the better, without the price tag and pressure of a busy gym! Peri/menopause/beyond friendly and supporting of a female body through each stage of life. Building solid foundations and ensuring muscles, bones and joints are strong is essential for a longer and more enjoyable life. Within a small group setting (max 8 participants per session) you will be introduced to correct lifting techniques, learn to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other weight-training equipment safely and effectively. The focus will be on strength training to support your body and 1-1 guidance will be given throughout the session to get maximum results. Suitable for all ladies as can be adapted to each individual. Price of sessions is - £60 x 4 sessions (best value) £17.50 per individual session if booked part way through the month.
