Celebrate scary season in style with a spooky fitness twist at our Pumpkin Plus Party! This one hour seasonal special will be jam-packed with fun for all ages, so feel free to bring babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers or children on half-term! EXPECT A TRULY WICKED WORKOUT... + Terrifying team games + Frightening fitness + Fearful Finisher + Plenty of tricks and treats! AS WELL AS... ~ Haunting Halloween photo backdrop ~ Spooky soundtrack and deadly disco lights! ~ Special fun for the little ones! Fancy dress encouraged! Everyone welcome, exercises can be modified to suit individual clients. Halloween Events will take place in - Graig Hall, Bassaleg, Npt - Mon 30th October @ 10am Henllys Village Hall, Cwmbran - Weds 1st November @ 12.30pm Undy & Magor Hub, Undy - Thurs 2nd November @ 10am
