Expect a seasonal Strong Ffit like no other... Our MONSTER METCON, 1 hour workout special, will be a fitness fight to the DEATH... Under dazzling disco lights and terrifyingly terrific Halloween tunes! Two tortured teams - WITCHES & WOLVES... … Will battle it out through a series of chilling challenges and ghastly games to be named victorious. This is one special you will not want to miss!! This ladies only class is strictly over 18s ONLY and Mums must be postnatally recovered although beginners are welcome, IF THEY DARE... Please feel free to drop me a message if unsure about your suitability for any class or session. Teams will be decided prior to the session - fancy dress encouraged* and prize for our best witch or wolf!! Halloween Events will take place in - Graig Hall, Bassaleg, Npt - Mon 30th October @ 8pm & Caerwent Village Hall - Thurs 2nd November @ 8pm *Encouraged is loosely used as non-negotiable in this instance...
