Service Description

Specialist antenatal exercise designed to not only keep you fit but also help prepare you for birth and labour. 45min class involving circuit-based exercise, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation. Resistance work included to keep your pregnant body (and mind) strong, as well as deep core exercises to maintain integrity and strength throughout pregnancy and beyond. Open to pregnant women from 14 weeks gestation (or current Mamau Ffit Mums) until birth. Only suitable for ladies cleared to exercise by their midwife/ GP.
