This gentler workout programme will help build strength and confidence in ladies who are new to exercise or who haven't exercised regularly for some time. The focus will be on 'functional' resistance training and a lower impact route to improving fitness levels, with the emphasis on going at your own pace. The circuit-based training will be specifically designed for the female body, keeping body strong and effective for women of all ages - pre-baby, during pregnancy, newly postnatal*, Mums at any stage and those going through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Each class will be a full body workout using a variety of training methods and light resistance equipment with a focus on building deep core strength and stability, pelvic floor integrity and endurance and top to toe, muscular strength. Whatever stage of life you are at, this moderately paced programme will encourage understanding and education around the exercises that keep your bones, muscle and mind, healthy and happy. *Pregnant ladies are welcome to attend from 14 weeks gestation and newly postnatal ladies from a minimum of 12 weeks pp. Please see Baby Ffit: Recover if you wish to attend a programme prior to 12 weeks pp.
