Our low impact, recover and restore classes, Baby Ffit: Recover, is ideal for new Mums who are wanting to get back into fitness gently and safely. This programme focuses on rebuilding strength lost during pregnancy, recruiting and working the deep core muscles to aid stomach recovery and healing diastasis recti and reconnecting with the pelvic floor. The programme is designed as a 'first step to postnatal health & fitness' and is designed with new mums in mind, or any ladies looking for a gentler route into exercise. New mums can should be a minimum of 4-6wks pp to join after a vaginal birth or 6-8wks pp after a complicated or abdominal (c section) birth. If unsure, please check T&C's or get in touch.
