Service Description
Ideal follow on from Baby Ffit: Recover Programme! Perfect for Mums who are ready to take their fitness to the next level and move progressively towards a higher impact option whilst still focusing on core and overall body strength. Weights equipment will be introduced and you can expect to be using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more for a complete workout to challenge body and improve general fitness and strength levels. Ideally suited for Mums 4-6 months pp and above depending on recovery. Lower impact options will still be offered if needed. Adaptations can be made, if facing any postnatal issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, diastasis recti or general aches and pains. If symptoms are severe, it is highly recommended to begin with our first stage programme, Baby Ffit: Recover. This is a completely low impact and progressive course that builds in intensity week by week as opposed to a general fitness class such as this one. If unsure where to begin, drop me a message! Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers welcome and toys, bouncers and ride-ons available to keep little ones entertained. This venue is a fab size and has a large wooden wendy house and pirate ship for walkers to explore!
