This session is for complete beginners to lifting, exercise or fitness in general. The aim of this session is to teach you the basics and help you progress weekly. Do you want to build up strength levels with more of a focus on you? Do you want to tone up but don't know how to progressively overload? Do you want a Personal Trainer but without the price tag? Well this is the option for you. Within a small group setting (max 6 participants per session) you will be introduced to correct lifting techniques, learn to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other weight-training equipment safely and effectively. The focus will be on muscle overload to really work you hard and 1-1 guidance will be given throughout the session to get maximum results. Suitable for all ladies, Mums must be postnatally recovered. Price of sessions is - £60 x 4 sessions (best value) £17.50 per individual session if booked part way through the month.
